I have been going to this office for years seeing Dr.Toosi, since I turned 13 and I am 23 now. In the last year I have had horrible experiences. I have been told I would get a call back within a certain timespan and it doesn’t happen. I understand the COVID requirements and such however when I ask to be seen for a positive strep test, NEGATIVE COVID test, and I am told I can not be seen because of the nature of my problem I am infuriated. I've NEVER had an appointment where I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. I was very sick and they couldn't fit me in for strep throat for 4 days! Ridiculous! ! !
