Very happy with my experience.
I’ve had problems out of this office and the referral team within this office for the last five months. Every time I speak with someone from this office, they’re stating that it’s not normal for my primary to send a referral to my insurance and the provider when the doctor is telling them that that’s normal procedure. I have to call every day in order for them to send my referral through my insurance company, so that I will be able to go to a specialist doctor because that is the policy of my insurance.
