The holistic approach to healing practices here is the best medical care I have had since I worked with—and was cared for by—medical doctors while serving overseas with church projects. Love that the staff includes an acupuncturist, a massage therapist and yoga instructors.
Dr. visit was fine, but billing practices are horrible. Coding error on doctor's office part for a regular visit, still not resolved 8 months later. You can't talk to the doctor's office about it either. They send you to the billing department for all of CMC. Then, my wife goes to the doctor. Different insurance all together. They apply her payment to my account instead of hers. The level of incompetence in the office is staggering. I will never step foot in the doctor's office ever again!
I've been a patient here for years and have had excellent experiences with everyone I came in contact with. Dr. Scheer is wonderful, Sherry Bonds (massage therapist) has gentle and magic hands, and everyone else on staff is flat-out wonderful.
So happy I found this place!! Absolutely LOVE Dr. Hariharan. She is so understanding, knowledgeable and sweet. Can't believe a place like this exists. Courteous staff, understanding of alternative medicine options and they take my insurance!
