Dr V is a joke. I was sent to him by my spine Dr after several injections in my spine had little or no effect. He didn't treat me. Instead he told me to buy a book on Amazon that would explain everything. As he was walking out of the room he said "and you don't have shooting pain down your leg" What? Im here for sciatica. My dr sent me. Im lying? The book said if you suffer from sciatica you are lazy and have no muscle. I have a very physical job and I'm not out of shape completely! BACK NURSE MISS BEVERLY IM NOT SURE IF I GOT HER NAME RIGHT SHE WAS GREAT.THE DR ALEXANDER ROTHKBURG AND THE WOMEN SETTING BACK STAFF WAS TERRIBLE HE WILL DIAGNOSE YOU WITH A INFECTED TOE EVEN IF THE CAT SCAN SHOWS YOU HAVE A EAR INFECTION VET SPECIALIST AT HIS BEST MONEY FREAK WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!
Staff was so nice ! Got called back right after I finished paper work. Nurse asst. super thorough. Dr. Alex was so thorough and asked many questions about my pain. I cannot wait to get started on RfA treatment because I have been in pain for Many Years ! Super place ! Very Nice Staff! I am now into my second visit and have had two 6 nerve block shots. Yes they were painful. I will receive 6 more before I start RFA treatment. This Is a real Pain Center Dedicated to relieving pain. Dr. Alex is a Superb Dr. I trust him complete... read more

I’ve been going here for years, but my last experience takes the cake. Let’s just say overall, other than the ladies who answer the phone and check patients in, there is a complete lack of compassion for patients. They took no responsibility for the way I was treated. Two weeks after the incident, after leaving a couple of messages, Joey the nurse manager blamed me for “calling too much” and told me if I wanted to contact them again to do so through the portal.
