My name is Stephanie and I am a former patient of 6 Palm. I have to say, I've had the best hospital stay ever! Not only where the staff professional But they care, truly, they care. During my stay at 6 Palm-Cardiac floor, I had the pleasure of meeting and being their patient. From day 1, I was very nervous because I went in for a aggravated couch. I was first seen at the Emergency Room in Monroe Union and was informed upon arrival that I would need to be transferred to Pineville once a bed became available. While waiting at Union, I received excellent care. I even had a room with a private bathroom, which made a big difference while receiving IV treatment and being in pain. I was transferred to Pineville around 6:00 AM on Friday morning. Upon arrival, I was placed in a very small room without a private bathroom or shower. For a simple service parking horrendous I’ve never had people speak so harshly and tell you to stand beind this line and yell at you while standing significantly away from desk then tell you that you don’t have an appointment then you read them your appointment and then directing you to stand behind this line that’s not even close to the desk Sit here for next instructing where you need to go and sit here as if you have no consideration to go to another hospital I feel bad for people that are sick and are looking for kindnes... read more
