Showed up for an appointment relating to severe joint pain. The receptionist took my name and said nothing else. I sat down, waited in silence (not even a magazine to read, not offered a cup of tea or coffee or even water) while she ignored me. No one told me anything about anyone seeing me. The place was silent and emoty. I finally left and went home, regretting the time I wasted there. I was thankful to have the urgent care open and not to have to go to the hospital. Everything from the check in to seeing the PA was done quickly and efficiently. PA Rumsey is well qualified and skilled in performing my treatment.
