I don’t want to give a low score, because I have always had a great experience every time I’ve been seen here. I’ve been coming here for over 1 year. However, my experience tonight with the PA JT was out of the norm. Provider never saw me. I waited over an hour to be seen , just for him to send the nurse to tell me that I would not be seen. I had obvious symptoms going on and the provider had me sit in the waiting area for 1 hour, only to refuse to see me.
