Bring rebuilt clean waiting area kinda noisy
They up-billed my mentally challenged brother as a hospital Emergency Room and not as an Urgent Care facility. Prescribed mouthwash and antibiotic for a toothache. Their name and sign are "Urgent Care" not Emergency Room. Cost him $125 Emergency Room copay instead of $30 for urgent care. May be legal, but not ethical.
The doctors,nurses and staffs are amazing people they truly care about the patient
I will say they get you in and out, however they bill as a hospital and the bills are outrageous! My co pay for urgent care is supposed to be $50 and then I get a bill for over $300 and I call my insurance they tell me thats wrong, until we get on the phone with the billing department. Apparently they can charge for in patient charges and get away with it. So wrong. You go to an urgent care to avoid the bill of a hospital.
