I don’t understand the low rating for this facility. I have been here a few times, and everyone, yes everyone, has been amazing. They have always greeted me the moment I walk through the door, the receptionists, nurses, and doctors are super patient, friendly, and kind. Never had an issue, not for myself or my kids. I don’t understand the previous ratings, just like I don’t understand the rude people who walk in and are glued to their phones while the staff is trying to attend to them.
