I don’t understand the low rating for this facility. I have been here a few times, and everyone, yes everyone, has been amazing. They have always greeted me the moment I walk through the door, the receptionists, nurses, and doctors are super patient, friendly, and kind. Never had an issue, not for myself or my kids. Bring rebuilt clean waiting area kinda noisy
They up-billed my mentally challenged brother as a hospital Emergency Room and not as an Urgent Care facility. Prescribed mouthwash and antibiotic for a toothache. Their name and sign are "Urgent Care" not Emergency Room. Cost him $125 Emergency Room copay instead of $30 for urgent care. May be legal, but not ethical.
