I want to give my thanks and gratitude to all who greeted me and assisted me in checking in for surgery. All of you ladies were gracious and sweet. “Tangee”, was especially precious with me! My pre-op nurse, Karen and my patient care technician were also very kind and helpful. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Sayedahmah and his assistant(Amanda?), we’re thorough and put me at ease. I had a colonoscopy there today. The staff and facility were top notch. Quick, efficient, friendly and kind are perfect words to describe the entire experience. I felt well cared for and if I need any further procedures I will come back here. AAA+++
Nurse Judy in Endoscopy center is so sweet! Very kind and friendly!
Check in was horrible! If you have to be there at 6:30 a.m. be prepared to wait till 8 to go back. Also the nurses at night were amazing but the next day I had one particular nurse her name was Michelle and she was so busy that she made me wait a long time for my pain medication and then my dr only sent me home with 12 pain pills and I had Major surgery! Poor judgment and no consideration at all for your patients
First desk was great but second floor was horrible after my surgery they was rushing to get me out I was in pain the hold time
