If I can give 0 stars I would . This therapy clinic manager / director is very rude & unprofessional. My kids were hospitalized for 3 weeks before that my kids were in a lot of pain and couldn’t make it some days we weren’t give an option to do a different day that week which i had no choice but to cancel appointments in result of that My kids ended up on the cancellation list . All 3 of my sons therapists have been so dedicated and considerate to his needs, we couldn’t be happier with the level of care so far and look forward to where it’s going.

My child was supposed to be attending speech therapy Every Monday, same time. Well one Monday I go as scheduled and I was told my appointment for that week was canceled due to the therapist being out. Said someone was supposed to let me know a week prior.. I checked email, patient portal, voicemails, I was NEVER notified. So I was ready to stop right then and there. But the specialist manager apologized and basically begged me not to give up. Whatever!
