We have had the most AMAZING CARE from every single person! The care that my daddy has recieved during his stay has been great! We got the privilege to also have the pet therapy as well, which was such a wonderful surprise!
My husband has been admitted to this hospital for a week now with post surgery complications, up until today I was satisfied, not happy but I was satisfied with his nurses. Today’s nurse spared to want to be anywhere but at this location. She barely listened to my husband, got visibly upset when he asked about his meds, fusses at him for his NG tube getting displaced, told him that she couldn’t call his doctor because she was already behind when he asked that she look into the timeframe of a procedure that he was counseled a... read more

Horrible communication skills . They don't answer phones at the nurses stations, they dont call back when they say they will. I know they are busy but ... it's been days with no return call . A simple 2 minute update would be perfect even every other day would be helpful!
