No issues with the doctor or front office. The nurse Denise is beyond rude and very unprofessional. My son is in pain and i was not offered a sooner appointment for re evaluation. I was told he just needed to wear a brace. A brace was not provided due to my son needing a larger size. I was referred to Hanger Clinic. I understood that, but he can’t wear something I had issues getting in the first place! I will save that issue for another review. The providers are great, we did not have a issue with them on my daughters first initial appt. scheduling wise it is horrible! Providers never seem to be in office ever to schedule my daughter and when she is scheduled with a appt they call me 1 hr before my appt to tell me I was scheduled wrong and my daughter can not be seen! So unprofessional!! I was calling for WEEKS because my daughter was in pain and no provider seemed to be in office! Everyone was on vacation!! I finally call off work and they come up with this b.s!
