Wish I could give zero stars. Let’s start off I waited over and hour to be seen even after people who came in after me got called back. When I’m going to leave I finally get called after expressing my daughter had a 103 fever. And multiple serious issues like not peeing all day. I get to the back after forever we get a Zofran and a pole juice. No test done to see the cause. No blood work. No IV fluids when I expressed she wouldn’t drink all day. I am extremely disappointed with our recent stay here. The nurses were wonderful, and most of the doctors were caring — they are truly the only reason this review isn’t even worse. However, the overall experience was unacceptable. We were there for five days and not once did anyone come to clean our room. By day four, I had to ask a nurse to find someone just to empty the trash and replace the toilet paper. The bathroom felt dirty from the moment we arrived, and the “bed” for parents was gross. The most amazing hospital my son has ever been to! He had a 4 hr growth hormone study done and we have two nurses and I can’t remember her specific title but a teacher like nurse that helped us. All three were absolutely amazing to my son. He’s doesn’t like needles and they made it extremely positive and easy. Heather came in and taught him how everything would work he loves talking to her and helping her. they took care of my son on the says he was admitted. From that day forward this is the only place I recommend for children care. The staff and environment was very kid-friendly!
