I like my doctor, but the front desk has one staff member who's just plain rude.
Hands down the best office! Front desk staff is amazing (friendly, patient and easy to communicate with). Provider (Taryn Gialo) was able to see me in a timely manner and she effectively listened to the concerns I had. She never rushed me and provided resolutions for everything I needed. 100% recommend this office and for all staff.
The lab nurses are very unprofessional. I was there for a 3 hour glucose test appointment and showed up 15 mins early only to know that they have not received any orders from the provider. They delayed more than one hour and it’s really frustrating as I was already fasting from 14 hours for this test and had to wait for an extra hour.
PATIENT BEWARE.... Do not book an appointment here with Dr. Weber. I showed up for my dr. appt at this location and waited almost 40 minutes past the time I was supposed to meet with Dr. Weber. At this time I had to get back to work (Since Atrium and Dr. Weber had no consideration that I have a job and family that I need to support) and asked the receptionist to reschedule me for another day. 48 hours later I receive an email saying that I have been removed as a patient for rude behavior. This facility is very nice and presentable, but I am disappointed in the employees. I had a lab appointment today for my blood to be drawn. I drove all the way from Columbia to Fort Mill today thinking I was going to get my labs completed, but I was wrong. When I got to the facility the phlebotomist asked me my name so I told her and she said that "we have been waiting all day for you to tell you that we did not receive any lab work to be done from your doctor."
