I had an appointment scheduled for 420 due to traffic. I didn’t arrive until the office to check in until 431. They refused to see me because they said it was past a 10 minute grace period. I can see if I was 15minutes late It was literally 4:31 and they refused to see me and I’m out of my blood pressure medication and my diabetes medication.
The lab tech named Taylor was one of the most unprofessional people I’ve come in contact with in a while. I’m very disappointed in Atrium.
