I took my little girl here yesterday, when we got there the parking lot was empty, so was the waiting room. We waited for over 5 minutes just for the lady to come back in from outside and check us in. I don’t understand why she didn’t stop chatting with her friends outside when she saw us drive up. She just didn’t care to leave us waiting. I made the appointment ahead of time and she saw us pull up. She knew I was there with a sick child and didn’t care.
