I was disappointed with Rebecca B, NP's communication style. Her tone was very harsh and loud, which upset my daughter and made her cry. I believe a more gentle approach is needed when treating children.
We had an amazing experience with our sons first hospital stay. The staff was very helpful and amazing
Dr. Chadha and his office staff are the best. Each visit is smooth. He has made my son feel at ease from the first visit. He is very knowledgeable and get my son on the right path to breathing better.
i was referred to this clinic as a 19 year old patient with sickle cell. explained to the staff that i was in pain and appeared to be caused by me starting my cycle. just for me to go to the emergency room the next day. i unfortunately was meet with a lack of compassion and judgement. almost as if i was lying or wasn’t sick enough for them who knows. i wasn’t expecting to be met with such hostility from a sickle cell specialist. a short lady was sent to my room to go over the grounds for the treatment that i would be doing g... read more
