We got there at 11pm, waited for an hour to do triage and when they moved us to a room, nobody came to talk to us for more than an hour. I don’t know if there’s management in hospital but they gotta do better, nurses were laughing and talking all the time, when we asked to one nurse if somebody will come and see my 11 month yo baby, she didn’t care and ignored us. The entire emergency room was literally empty, but they couldn’t see my baby. Shame.

The worst ER. I unfortunately had to come here twice in two weeks. First time was for my 4yo, and second time for my 2.5yo. Both experiences were horrible, my 4yo was diagnosed with typical pneumonia, which was most likely a misdiagnosis and the antibiotic she received via IV as well as oral did not work. My 2.5yo came in exactly two weeks later with the same symptoms but diagnosed with a different type of pneumonia from his sister, which is an indication that my 4yo was not diagnosed correctly. My child was sent from Ortho Carolina directly to the emergency room with a neck injury with possible nerve damage. Had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen. I questioned the front desk about prioritizing patients and basically told they take patients as they come in. My child is 8 and was crying from the pain. After being seen by a the doctor, we were placed at the end of a hallway to have scans. After the scans, we were placed in the same hallway and waited some time.
