I felt like my 1yo daughter got great care today from the team at Levine. They took our concerns seriously and she improved so much after being treated. I can’t remember everyone’s names but the care coordinator Nefertiti, Child Life team, med student Allison, US IV nurse Erika, and Drs DiMeo and Magill really stood out as excellent to me.

I was blown away at the level of care we received today. We didn’t even have time to sit down in the waiting room before we were called back. This was on a Sunday around 11am. After that there were constantly nurses & different staff checking on us, doing tests that were needed & making sure our child was comfy. Each person we encountered was incredibly friendly. We felt so well taken care of!

Came here for a burn on my son’s hand. Everybody was sooo kind, welcoming, and patient with his anxiety. From parking attendants to discharge staff. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews - most seem to be wait times - which in healthcare, what do you expect? I try to look at the bright side and am grateful my wait is long because it means my issues are not life threatening while someone else’s are. So thankful for the doctors here! Almost 2 hours with my 4-month-old baby alone in a room when they were only supposed to let us go because they had already finished examining the baby. I went out to the hallway and right there I found the doctor and he told me you can go if you want because your baby is fine! My husband and I were left wow after almost 2 hours there. And to top it all off, when I read the visit report online it says that the parents wanted to leave without waiting for the results how disrespectful.
