Get directionsThe entrance security women there are bullies and new extensive training on how to treat seniors visiting and treat them with respect and dignity; make me walk back after first entering and walk out forgetting a drink I ordered at the Panera Bread 2 seconds later I just walked out and loose the money is not worth the hassle and dignity to let them bully you
We are visiting from out of town and I brought my son to the ER because he had not eaten in three days, had worsening abdominal pain, lethargy, and had been vomiting — including one episode of black vomit. He had also been sick about a week earlier with very similar symptoms. Check-in was great and we were taken back within minutes. They kept repeating the same basic suggestions I had already told them I’d tried, and seemed more focused on getting us discharged than finding a real solution. Instead of offering medication or treatment, one nurse gave my child a popsicle and another made a comment about “popsicles soothing the throat,” which felt dismissive. I un... read more
