My childs stomach issues were not taken seriously for months, which lead to an emergency room visit and permanent bowel damage.
Practically blamed my child's constipation issue on his weight. Continued fat shaming him throughout the visit. Stated to "stop giving him milk" since (possible intolerance- good reason but followed up with) "calorie wise he definitely doesn't need it". Will never see her again. Dr. Roberts in case I need to be specific.
Terrible experience, Dr. Roberts should not see any children
We had an amazing experience at this facility with my teenage son. The building was spotless, the staff was engaging, and his evaluation was thorough. There wasn’t a wait at all (weekday afternoon). I highly recommend this place!
This place is a joke of a children’s emergency room. Two visits with our infant and took hours to be seen. First time he has a 105 fever and Covid. 3 hour wait. 2nd time dog bit that punctured his foot. Sat in waiting room for 4 hours while our child cried and foot bled. There is 0 priority on children’s care.
