I had 3 appointments today and each one was handled professionally and with courtesy. Each one was also on time and I was even provided with an escort to show me how to get through the labyrinth of hallways and buildings.
Probably one of the best hospital experiences (and certainly the best at Atrium) I have had. This was my first visit and I met the 5 folks that will care and guide me. The professionalism and ability to explain everything in understandable terms. My journey begins.
Dr. Muaddi and her staff have completely shown their commitment and excellence in my treatment I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have this team helping restore my faith in health care, Dr. Muaddi is absolutely an amazing person I cant say enough about her professionalism but on a scale of 1-10 she absolutely deserves a ranking of 15 because she deserves this honor.
