Being able to get infusions here has been a massive blessing and highlight of my extremely difficult pregnancy with hyperemesis gravidarum. The nurses and staff I interact with are so wonderful and extremely caring. They're very professional and kind. I have loved getting to know and talk to them. Even though my health fluctuates so much physically, I always leave feeling valued and well cared for as a patient. I'm truly going to miss being here once my pregnancy is over. I like the infusion nurses and it is a nice facility but they cannot seem to arrange my infusions with my specialty pharmacy. They ordered through their supplier and I got an unexpected bill for over $2,000. They fixed it which I am thankful for. I have tried contacting a month in advance last time and this time and a week out medication still has not been ordered. I decided to cancel the appointment and considering elsewhere. I think they may have too many patients.
Staff are absolutely fabulous and will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. The reason I give it 3 stars is due to the facility. I do not believe any patient input was taken when this infusion center was designed. I do not like sitting for several hours with a fluorescent light beaming down on me, with no option for it to be turned off. Most people aren't at the infusion center by choice.
