I arrived early for my 3:00pm appointment. I checked in and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. I was called back into a room and the nurse began the questionnaire. This was my very first appointment with Dr. Rowling. He sat outside of the door talking with the nurses until 4:19pm. My husband is here as a pt, waiting for a spine injection. Front desk clerk was great, nurse was great, waited 40 mins after appt time. A man in green scrubs, no intro,name badge inside of scrub jacket so couldn’t see, marked his back and said they would get him ready-whatever that means besides signing consent for procedure, now still waiting,minimal communication, no communication board in room,very unlike Atrium. I love my doctor Danielle Hubbard, NP but If you need to do procedure you will wait long time. I've been here twice for procedures , and each time I waited 1.5 - 2 hours for my procedure. so, today I came to office at 9:15 how they wrote me. my procedure mush be at 9:45. at 10:45 I came to nurse and asked her how long I have to wait and she told me it can be 10 or 25 min. Dr. Danielle is one of the kindest & most knowledgeable doctors that I see. She always wears a smile with a beautiful spirit.
