wait times horrible and you never get correct diagnosis
RecommendedBeen seeing Dr Fleishman for over 30 years. Highly recommend their practice.
If you want to wait 40 minutes past your appointment time, spend 5 minutes in the room with the doctor and then be prescribed two different medications (on two separate occasions) that you explicitly said you could not take, not receive a bill for your visits and then have your copay sent to a collections agency over a year later- this is the place for you. Absolute incompetence. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Your accounting department is irresponsible and unprofessional. I have held my tongue long enough and tried to talk with them directly. This is my 3rd time having a problem, in which they have received payments via bill pay but they do not understand how to deposit a check. Each time I have photo confirmation that my bank sent you payments way before due dates and you failed to deposit the checks entirely. Three hours in the ER. Looks like there’s only 1 doctor working. Ridiculous. NOW, they closed the door saying there’s an emergency and no one can come in or leave. Over 3 hours and all I need is my paperwork.
