Very unprofessional, acts like they don’t know what’s wrong with you to keep racking up medical bills, does not care about your health and only how they can collect more money, find a place that wants to make you better and not make you broke.
My 22 year old daughter was referred to Kristin Williams by her primary doctor as my daughter has a cyst below her rib that she's had since she was 18 and now wants it removed.. Dr.Williams ordered an ultrasound which then was determined it had grown, and was now considered a tumor...Before removing the cyst/tumor, the surgeon (Dr. Williams)then ordered a biopsy...My daughter went in to have biopsy done and instead they did a CT scan with contrast without discussing with my daughter .. Very pleasant experience! From the welcoming staff and security at the door to the pre and post op nurses and the surgery and anesthesia team, we could not have asked for a better experience. Very thorough and informative. Made sure both patient and family were well cared for.
