Dr. Seminara and her staff were wonderful. They explained the whole process which went very smoothly. I had had a prior procedure with a different practice and was very displeased with their followup and care. This was wonderful.
The staff is so expert and caring...and very efficient!
Staff was great but it seemed as if the scheduling system they have wasn’t working properly causing a lot of misinformation. I had a procedure scheduled months in advance then I get a call the day before asking to come in early. I come in early, I’m not on the schedule nor a patient of theirs based on the information in the computer. I provide the many texts reminders, appointment confirmation in mychart and the paperwork I was given from the same office. After 30 mins it’s agreed that I indeed have an appointment.
