I called for an appointment on July 2, 2026 and was told the earliest appointment was November 4th, 2026 at 8:25. i asked why and was told all Atrium GI offices were booked out that far. To make matters worse the appointment confirmation text I receive a few seconds later change the appointment date to November 9th at 8:40. My main concern is the lack of care being offered.
They don't care about patients. I've been blown off by them 3 separate times. Each time I had a physical appointment to get medical treatment from a "specialist" I got kicked to a phone call appointment. Seriously, how much treatment can they give over the phone??? If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would.
It’s very hard to get anyone on the phone. to make an appointment you will wait 15 minutes or more I can’t sit on the phone that long during the week I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 4 weeks! I always just hang up!
