I have anxiety and other struggles when it comes to getting my blood drawn and ended up passing out last time I had it drawn. This facility was INCREDIBLE in their response. They were prompt, efficient, caring, and patient with me. I came back today for the first time since then to get my blood drawn and was very, very nervous. They sent in Kavon to draw my blood and he was wonderful. He was kind, patient, and funny, which helped my blood draw experience immensely. I recently had an appointment at this clinic and left feeling more anxious than when I arrived, which was disappointing. Both the front desk staff and the Medical Assistant who took my vitals were cordial. However, both their service and care felt unprofessional and somewhat inexperienced. The visit involved mostly basic, checklist-style questions, with minimal engagement and very little time spent addressing my concerns.
