Dr. Butler has a very calming demeanor. The office staff is always pleasant.
I am new to this facility and I cannot express how satisfied I am with the care of Dr Buttler and his staff. Their care and compassion and commitment feels personalized but they are able to manage this with utmost professionalism. Kudos to a great team
They don’t have blood work at the location! Would recommend booking appointment at other atrium location
Highly annoyed with this Doctors office. They never have any availability and they keep sending my son’s medication to the wrong store. I’ve been waiting 30 mins for a scheduled appointment. I asked what the hold up was and Nobody could update me. Once a nurse finally came, No one greeted me or apologized for the inconvenience. My son had a swollen eye and that needed to be throughly checked. His appointment was completely rushed and I felt like they were too busy trying to train new nursing staff instead of focusing on the ... read more
DO NOT VISIT. I recently wanted to take my sick 6 yr old daughter to get checked up. But I couldn't. I made the appointment online, just to reiceve a call 2 minutes later being told that they don't accept sick patients and I'll have to go to urgent care. Excuse me, how many urgent care's do you know of that accept young children? Not many. Only 2 in the whole Charlotte area. It's better to be seen by a pediatrician. But whatever, this clinic don't want to help sick kids. Stay away!!!!!
