Went in could not breathe waited in waiting room for two hours then put in a room where I couldn’t breathe also and no doctor came in at all for hours

Left me sitting in ER waiting room for over 4 hours after being brought in by Ambulance for extreme kidney stone pain. (Note: I puked all over my hotel room and blacked out multiple time's.) They laughed off when I blacked out in the lobby waiting room falling out of the wheel chair and busting my face on the floor and told me "You need to stay in your wheel chair and not fall out." The longest 4 hours of my life! My husband was referred there by his physical therapist to be checked for a blood clot. Seems pretty simple for a Thursday afternoon, right? WRONG ! He was called back pretty quickly and even got through the administrative stuff in a reasonable time. They took him to have an ultrasound and brought him back to an ER room to wait, and wait, and wait. Truly, it took another 3 hours to get results and get out.
