checking into out patient is a nightmare. Had me sit in front of a screen on the phone for 45 minutes to provide me essentially nothing. Only reason they get two stars because the check in workers were nice.
I came in on 5/30/26. I have been here for 4 hours waiting to get stitches in my thumb. I haven't had anyone come in to check or anything in2 1/2 hours.
On April 24th my brother was careflighted there from being involved in a motorcycle accident they took us in a conference room and kept us updated 3 different times they answered questions we had unfortunately my brother did not make it but I believe they tried everything they could and I will always appreciate that they let me and my sister go see him as we wanted that time to really see it was him since we was in disbelief and that’s something I will never forget that they allowed us to do the nurse that walked with us was... read more
