Let me start by saying the lady at the information desk was pleasant. The ladies at the check in desk and registration were pleasant. However, the PFT tech was condensending and rude. The way she spoke to me and then the snide remarks were demeaning and unprofessional. I've worked in healthcare for 30 years providing patient care and have never experienced any behavior like the one she displayed. I'm only giving three stars to this emergency because that is all that is deserved. However, those stars go to the people that took care of me and, not the nurse practitioner in there or the supervising doctor there on that shift. I came there by ambulance due to stomach issues and, the back of my head, back of my neck, ears and eyes killing me. I was on time for my appointment. I was called into the room set aside for me. Two young women were in the room. We started and I gave as much info as to why I was there. I was polite and informative. I showed where the injury on my seat was. One left. And a doctor arrived. He was not pleasant. He said I was in essence stupid. The young women I guess were not doctors. He should be fired. wish his comments were recorded.
Just go to Kettering Network hospitals! ER staff are happy with their coworkers and very short and rude with the patients. The blurted my social security number out loud. HIPPA much? I watched an intake nurse mock a lady after she left the front window… Was told TO use the ER restroom and give a urine sample and hold on to it in the ER waiting room!!! . After 2 hours no warm blanket, no IV on a person who could barely give blood due to dehydration. KETTERING NETWORK WOULD NEVER!!!! The hospital is no place for people who hat... read more
