Best reviewed ER in the entire Charlotte area or so they say. To their credit, I was Seen very quickly. Compassionate supporting staff, especially jackie and sandra. I saw Dr. Wlczniak. Compassion seemed to end at the treatment room.The problem is that they sent me home without even a cursory exam of the affected area, testing or treatment. I'll know more as to whether any of this would have been appropriate after the blood work my new internist finally ordered on 8/72026. I've continued to progressively become more ill. Best reviewed ER in the entire Charlotte area For a reason. I was Seen very quickly. Compassionate staff, especially jackie, sandra and Dr. Wlczniak. FYI: google reviews matter. I Drove from belmont, past the belmont-mount holly medical center e r, past the pineville e r, and past the balentyne hospital e r to get here..... Twenty two miles, all because of these reviews.

Great service from the moment I walked in till the end. Even having a special needs child they were very professional and handle everything perfectly while my child was having an episode. Very clean facility. Everyone was helpful and cared. Great service. I went on a Monday afternoon last min emergency with my daughter’s heart and I was in and out before I knew it. Loved that no one had attitude, judgment or inpatient. Everyone did amazing there.
