what an embarrassing establishment. my sister was discharged as quickly as possible even though she was in immense pain and crying in front of the doctor. they sent her home with NOTHING and told her that her CT looked fine. She ended up having EMERGENCY surgery 5 days later after seeing her surgeon following this train wreck of an appointment. Her surgeon couldn't believe how this was handled. As a walk-in patient on a Sunday afternoon I was seen within only a minute or two of arrival. Dr. Patel managed my care with compassion, efficiency, and insightfulness. Within 3 hours she was able to correctly diagnose an issue that my primary care provider had failed to spot. The nursing and radiology staff were also excellent. Before being discharged I was given very clear follow-up instructions and I left with a strong understanding of my next steps towards improving my health. The wait was reasonable. Dr. Thompson and staff treated me with care and empathy. Coco in X-ray was compassionate and patient I highly recommend if you live in the Ballantyne/Pineville area in need of ER services.
Came in because i fell and hurt my ankle and knee, when i tell you i got checked in, seen by 2 nurses, Dr Mullins and the xray tech all within 30 minutes i am not exaggerating!! i have never been taken care of so fast and urgently in my life, i live in Florida so i am SHOCKED at this speedy and kind service, thank you all for taking care of my sprained ankle :-)
