We had OT and PT come to the home for 4-5 weeks. Both were very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the folks at the Atrium Health At Home whose address is 5040 Airport Center Parkway, Charlotte.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have a billing issue and they won't file my insurance correctly and offer a different excuse every time. They keep telling me they will call me back but I continuousely have to call back to hear their new excuse. They deserve negative stars.
I had a wonderful experience. Good nurses. I had several issues that needed to be escalated to the office manager. This was all taken care quickly and favorably resolved. Everyone showed genuine interest and investment in my outcome

I will clearly say from the head Doctor's all the way down to the receptionist that answers the phone or all horrible and rude and should not be working in a health care field they or a joke this place should be shut down. I give them a 0 cause that is what they or worth . absolutely nothing . My advice when they send you here is to run !!!!!!
