The community was quiet and clean. The pool, BBQ / picnic area look like a great place to have dinner with the fam. The location is ideal. It's off the street and tucked away with homes around it. The neighborhood feels very family friendly.
Terrible, we have asked the manager to fix some stuff that is breaking down, we have lived here for a while and everything has fallen apart, she always says the same thing “I will see what I can do” nothing is ever done, there has been theft of my packages, we have told her of neighbors drinking late at night with loud music, and the neighbors upstairs are up at 3 in the morning with loud music and heavy feet. Rent is increasing
Theres several thefts that have been occurring, a bike was stolen and no action was taken care of, on the night nov 12 2015 a car speaker was stolen inside the garage, i say there needs to be a background check on the tenants
The manager doesn't even want to welcome .she only answerd my question on the phone while I am outside the property ....and she keep hunging the phone.. I am giving her a zero star
