Awful experience ! Miscommunicated information on pricing , management was dismissive and had no problem with me canceling my application due to failure to send move in cost , failure to accommodate price difference , and even reached out to the VP of management where she stop responding. So far (3months) my experience has been professional & it’s been peaceful. The walls are thin so yes you can hear chatter traveling through the halls but ultimately people are respectful of work /sleep hours ; at least on my floor. Camille is pleasant & responsive. My Heat Works , & my water . It’s winter so we’ll see about the A/C. The process was super fast and easy with the proper credentials/funds.
