DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Management is terrible, the workers are rude, and corporate never answers calls or emails. You can never reach the regional office either by phone or email. They scammed me out of money, tried to damage my rental history, and still haven’t returned my security deposit. I moved out in February and it’s now May — no responses from anyone. I have been living here for almost a year and my experience has not been the best. The elevators go down at least once a month for a week at a time. Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze. Don’t live underneath anyone with kids, a dog or heavy feet because that’s all you will hear. You can smell who has a dog in their unit just by passing by their door. The only amenity that they offer is free washing and drying which sounds like a plus until you realize only 2 washers and 2 dryers work for the entire build... read more
Be careful moving to property as I wrote a review before and took it down due to changing prices during leasing process. As this time around there charging tenants smoking violations with no active proof or evidence using office members testimonies to charge tenants. The washer and dryers have issues half the time only 2x2 work. Trash doesn’t get cleaned on time , letting a pitbull run around the premises, dog popping in mail areas !
