I just love The Palms . My mom moved in a few months ago and we are so happy with the care. The care team there is fabulous. Everybody is so nice. They do such a good job. We moved mom because she was not getting the care she needed. We had one instance where a care provider took over half an hour to reply to her pendant being pressed. We’ve never had to wait at The Palms, somebody shows up right away. They were just so wonderful. I would recommend The Palms to anyone and everyone it’s such a great place.
I have been visiting a friend 3 days a week since February. Very active community, and like a BIG family. When my time comes, this community will be at the top of my list!
Everything here has been great. David and Becca were really helpful when I wanted to get an apartment, they worked with me. I like that I can pick the variety of food. Front desk is friendly. Lots of stuff to do. Price is right
No problems, & all working out just fine.
