I have toured this facility a number of times while looking for a suitable apartment for my parents. Atria Carmichael Oaks has Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. All meals are provided and there seem to be lots of activities for the residents. It is not located next to any stores, however, so you would have to rely on transportation to get anywhere.
