Nice grounds, funky cool upgraded older motel. Quiet room, soft beds, friendly staff, fair price and good biscuits and gravy for breakfast. We will definitely be back when we come through Amarillo.

This was a significant disappointment. Photos show clean well presented property. Could have received much higher rating had the room been clean. The carpet was Uber Filthy. Has not been cleaned in months. This caused room to be quite stinky. The rest of the room was clean???? Poor management. I would strip all carpet and replace with luxury plank.

We decided to rest in amarillo found this cute hotel on the way did not disappoint. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend staying there.

Rooms were nice, breakfast would have been good if we had stayed. It was easy to connect to wifi.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very soft and comfy. My son and I with my dog stayed at this inn last night, it felt very secure there. Something unexpected, the rooms looked very nice colors picked worked great until you go to the bath room and the door was painted canary yellow. Nothing wrong with that but just thought I might mention it. Staff was very friendly to us and the breakfast was good . The reason I listed as 4 stars was outside cleanliness.
