Excellent staff, great prices
This year we started coming to ATP to use the range in June. I also found the mags that trader world just "could not get" for the past 2 years for my P2000 I bought from them. This week we purchased our membership to ATP instead of renewing at trader world. We also picked up some new equipment, and have to rave about how helpful and customer service oriented Lacey was. Please express our thanks for all the help she has been.
Customer service is horrible. No one walks around and helps you they are rude. I think they are chained behind the counter. they will only show you attention if you spend a lot of money . The prices are way over priced ammo prices are insane. I Went there for the 3rd and final time I will never step foot in this place again. It's a shame because this place could be one of the best

One of my favorite places to be!
I have been there 5 times. Their selection is huge...prices are a little high but I don't complain about prices when inventory is that deep. My issue with the place is the service. I work in high volume retail and know how tough it is to be patient and to help people. The 4 experiences were rough. No one wanted to help. On my 5th visit it was a great one. Jesse is a class act 5star employee there. The other employees act bothered by customers.
Wanted to but a gun today but guy behind the counter was too worried about leaving early to answer any questions.
