Your staff is rude and your gun range is poorly managed.
Love comin here to shoot. Great staff as well. They are very knowledgeable and very respectful
I must say they are by far the most over priced shop around. The only time I will buy from here is if I'm in a bind and need a part that day. Only reason I will give them two stars is because they do have a large selection. Remember to use your voice when you need anything because many employees will let you look cluelessly while they talk and joke around with fellow employees.
Everyone smiled when I walked in as if they were friendly and understood customer service but that was it. It was like pulling teeth to get 1 out of the 5 doing nothing to assist me and then he wasn't very helpful. Just lost a large sale.
What a waste of $30 for ladies night. Once in the gun range area, there was next to no instruction. Most of the communication was between to two "instructors" about their personal life. No helpful hints on actually aiming the gun. Just loading and unloading. I am very disappointed. Don't waste your hard earned $ here.
Wish I could leave less than one star. That's what the customer service is worth.
