I've been a customer for many years and just had my system upgraded. Once completed, the tech took the time to show me all of the system's features. ATP provides a very reliable service. Highly recommend.
We were not happy with our old Alarm company and ATP came highly recommended to us from a friend. We met with Lou, who was very prompt, honest and informative, and followed the install through from beginning to end. We are quite happy with the service we received and the product that we got and would recommend Lou and ATP without any reservations.
Where do I start??? This company is USELESS. I try to keep the damned alarm.disarmed as much as possible because it is ridiculous that my CATS will trigger it and then I am stuck with paying the local precinct $100 for coming out!!!!!! I am SO ANGRY. I don't even want the damned service in the first place because I have nothing worth stealing but my insurance company requires it!!! Such a RACKET!!! And I have asked FOR YEARS for them to remove my ex husband's name from the account --- can they do that??? NO. But they can sur... read more
Rence came out and looked at our existing system and gave suggestions for any changes or updates to what we already had. I ended up signing the contract the same day and scheduled installation. The install and installer were great. He arrived on time, was friendly, clean, etc. Rence even stopped by to see how everything was. If anyone in Fairfield needs a new alarm install or a company to take over their current system I can't recommend ATP enough.
