They are so friendly and compassionate to all animals! My dachshund has been going there his entire life and he gets so excited to see them when we go in! Love them!
We had a great experience I'm very glad we were referred to Dr. Smith. Fair prices, very friendly. We were in and out with no issues at all. We definitely recommend Ator Heights.
I have never walked out of a vet in tears. Don’t take your pet here if they have any issues at vet appointments. I’ve never seen someone handle a dog so aggressively. Even after I stated that I could try to increase his drug dosage and bring him back the following day for vaccines, Dr. Smith ignored me and continued to pin my dog down. Dr. Smith has been the best veterinarian for our boys. When we had to make the decision to put one of our boys down he was wonderful not only to our Bailey but to us.
