They offer good prices for replacement furnace filters. FedEx damaged a filter during shipment, and Atomic replaced it at no charge, even though it wasn't their fault. Exceptional customer service!
Prices are in line with most others but their customer service sets them apart. My filter was delayed by FedEx Ex so I left a frustrated comment and immediately received a personal call and an offer to next day air a new one or refund me and let me keep the delayed one. I just really appreciated that type of response and it's rare in these times we live. Will use again and would definitely recommend
