I can't even get nobody to talk about my $600 plus sit wait a minute $700 bill and don't nobody understand or it can explain to me why they cut my water off 2 months ago I live somebody needs to come and talk to me cuz I've been there several times to talk to y'all and nobody's ever there they're in the field is what they say . I was calling to report a downed power line and could not get through to the power company, so Atoka Public Works was my next option to contact. Two lines were hanging in the street and down into my yard. This is extremely dangerous. I would advise anyone from calling after hours due to the fact they will not help you at all, even if it is an emergency. The man I spoke to was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told that he “was too busy to deal with me” and when I asked for an after hours number for the electr... read more
