I took my daughter for her appointment today. When we walked in, the person (white, dark brown hair, heavy set, mid to late 40s) at intake said to me, “who’s with you?” No, hello… welcome in, “just who’s with you?” She was rude the entire time we spoke to check in. Then I waited 47 minutes to be called back. I asked the front desk, how much longer it will be. She told me “they’re cleaning rooms” with the nastiest tone. Absolutely love this office!!! Dr. Bewaji and the nurses are awesome and always have such a pleasant additude!
My autistic child does not like to be touched, so of course getting her vitals or examining her is a challenge! The medical assistant Tiffany literally told my child at her last visit that she "always gives her so many problems" in a joking manner and told me I needed to man handle her. I was stunned. Needless to say, that was the last time my daughter was ever seen there, we found a new pediatrician that is compassionate and caring. I could add so much more to this review but i'll stop here. Don't take your kids here 🙃
Wait time was too long, anything over an hour is absolutely ridiculous
