I tried to schedule an appointment for my kid, the lady in scheduling was EXTREMELY rude. I just got on a new insurance and I don’t have the card yet, and she refused to schedule my appointment until I could give her the information. I’ve never had any issues scheduling an appointment before, can’t be a coincidence that-what could possibly be the rudest individual I’ve ever spoken to on the phone was the only time I’ve ever had any trouble in this area. From the moment you walk in the door, the ladies up front are absolutely fabulous! Nurse Tiffany K. comes to get you, takes you to a room, gets all the measurements, listens to why you’re there, and truly hears you — maybe even humors a few silly jokes from the kiddo. When Dr. Bewaji comes in, he listens to every concern, addresses each one, and clearly explains the risks versus rewards of every situation.
