We provided professional plumbing services for this apartment community and submitted the invoice . After multiple follow-up attempts, including personally delivering the invoice to the front desk, the invoice still remains unpaid. As a contractor, we understand that processing can take time, but ignoring repeated payment requests after completed service is unacceptable and unprofessional. So I’m not sure if I’ve done a review on here. But if not here it goes. I moved in about June or July of 2023. It was a pain to get in but Rosa and twan worked well with me. They no longer work for this building. But I in 2024 decided to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment. I find out that my recertification 1 & 2 where never done so it was a huge circle run around and emails to get it done. Atmophere is owned by Wakeland and has over 200 units (1,2, and 3 bedrooms). The entire building is affordable housing and has resident services w/ after school program. There is underground parking and has recycling. ConAm are the apartments managers and have always been very friendly and helpful. There are 3 community rooms on the 1st floor and outdoor terrace on the 8th floor. The building has 12 floors total. And every unit has a balcony. I’m writing to express serious concerns regarding the ongoing neglect of basic maintenance and cleanliness standards in the building. The current state of common areas is unacceptable. The elevators, hallways, laundry rooms, trash rooms, and even windows have clearly not been cleaned or maintained properly for quite some time. Only 5 stars specifically for Jesse’s assistance about sending maintenance to fix some things in my unit. Other than that the leasing office is not helpful at all. But Jesse was very patient and helpful also very professional I know he’s one of the new managers assistant that just joined the leasing office which I am also very happy about the new manager he’s very professional with his work, takes good care of the residency and I can tell he’s making a difference because old manager wouldn’t do anything.
