I went in today to fill out an application, and the staff was really friendly. I'm struggling to remember the young lady's name that helped me first (I will include in another post shortly). Frances was helpful on the phone afterwards. They were attentive, saw me right away, and I filled out an application on-site. Friendly staff, beautiful building, and I hope to call it home one day.

Only 5 stars specifically for Jesse’s assistance about sending maintenance to fix some things in my unit. Other than that the leasing office is not helpful at all. But Jesse was very patient and helpful also very professional I know he’s one of the new managers assistant that just joined the leasing office which I am also very happy about the new manager he’s very professional with his work, takes good care of the residency and I can tell he’s making a difference because old manager wouldn’t do anything.

Atmophere is owned by Wakeland and has over 200 units (1,2, and 3 bedrooms). The entire building is affordable housing and has resident services w/ after school program. There is underground parking and has recycling. ConAm are the apartments managers and have always been very friendly and helpful. There are 3 community rooms on the 1st floor and outdoor terrace on the 8th floor. The building has 12 floors total. And every unit has a balcony. Moved in about 2 years ago my main issue is always someone stealing packages someobe stole my child's bike right off rhe bike lock area and even tho they can see this person on camera there is nothing that can be done even leaving a police report did nothing that's my main issue like you can clearly see them on a camera I'm sure with them everywhere go knock on the door like hey we saw you! Things generally are good in the building there are however some exceptions. The traffic in front of the building can sometimes be overwhelming and difficult. Management is on top of any problems that may arise at any given time which brings comfort. The maintenance staff is very good and friendly although they may be short staffed but overall reliability of the maintenance is great.
