Should be illegal how they run their business. Billing for winter “estimations” in June. They will give you a $400 bill based on their “prior reading errors” 6 months prior and not even blink. Supervisors such as Lisa only are there to assure you pay, not understand the concept of the bills you receive are not actual invoices, but “estimations.” Customers will have to be gas experts themselves in usage and billing to make sure they are paid in full each month and catch any accounting errors on behalf of Atmos. Tech did not explain why they were here, left and let the hot water heater remain unlit.
