Regions branch at Kingston Pike and n Peters has the best customer service. During covid I've had to use the drive through teller a couple of times per week. The ladies are all really helpful, quick, and friendly. I can rely on a positive experience every time. Thank you!
Regions could care less about customers. Can’t reach a branch except through recorded line that doesn’t understand voice name of Knoxville or says branch doesn’t exist in published zip code!!!!!!
