Worst dunkin donuts. Their Pumpkin Spice latte tastes horrible compared to others. They always forget something. Today, I went there and ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, and when I got home and opened my bag, I noticed that there was no cream cheese. Basically, the gave me a toasted bagel with nothing, and the worst part is that they charged me for the cream cheese. It is not the first time it happened. Every time I go there I specifically ask them for something, and they do something different
Went there twice for hot chocolate, tasted like straight hot water ! They need to clean there machines and add more hot chocolate. Very dissatisfied.
