Grecia was such a big help. Breath of fresh air to know Customer service still exist in addition to her being so knowledgeable in the many options as I was looking to open a line of credit. If you are in need of banking assistance at this location RUN to Mrs. GRECIA !10/10 recommend
Used to be a great credit union, cant even walk in and see somebody without having to schedule a virtual/phone appointment hours later... What's the point anymore. They always only have one personal banker available and their support team is usually an hour wait on the phone.
Bad experience and lack of professionalism on behalf of the bank Manager Evelyn Garcia. She would not assist her teller Trainees which should be her job to assist all clients and employees. I stood at the window for over 30 minutes until she was done with don't know what. A manager should be moving about and making sure employees are helped and showing productivity and clients are satisfied.
Grecia Bermudez provided top-tier customer service assisting my family and me with our business account needs. She answered all of our questions and concerns. We are grateful for her expertise, attention to detail, and the experience Grecia provided us. Thank you so much.
