Scheduled an appointment. But the appointment was during holidays when the banks was closed. But still let me schedule it. So then I rescheduled appointment for 10am when the bank opens. Show up at 10am. There are a lot of people standing around, and they let a random person with no appointment go ahead of us, so we had to wait. "Oh I'm so sorry, it will just be 5 minutes." New (as of 12/19) In reply to your message here, I will be in your office branch today. As a note in advance, I was in your branch regarding the message you arr replying. You had that opportunity that day. So, I'm not sure why you couldn't have spoken with me before sending me to the ATM, only for you to leave the office before I returned from your ATM machine. I was on hold for 30 mins, no one ever answered my call. I can't access my funds thru ATM Or Zelle 🤬. I have bills to pay ans I can't get to my own money!!!! I will never bank here again.
