Such a bad experience since I've opened my account here period for starters paid all kinds of fees for overdraft. More than any other bank I have banked with. Had to change my account number due to a fraud situation that I had experienced and had to fill out an ACH form to receive my direct deposit from the IRS. Used to be a great credit union, cant even walk in and see somebody without having to schedule a virtual/phone appointment hours later... What's the point anymore. They always only have one personal banker available and their support team is usually an hour wait on the phone.
