Specialist Mia Jones was courtesy, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was very pleased to learn about several new services CUTX have to offer.
Worst service and long wait at this location. Waited 17 min to talk to a teller about a lost card just for them to tell me i have to sign in at the ipad. Had i known I would of done that. Then waited another 30 min to speak to somone else
Don’t what I would do without Ashanti. She’s help me so much. I remember my truck accident and having to fill out paperwork for my loan payment and everything worked out. Now she helped me with $5 fees for statements. Thank you so much.
Do not bank here!!! I have been a member for 25 years and it was owned by a different Credit Union at that time. Since the Credit Union of Texas has taken over, it has gone down the toilet when it comes to member services. For example, if you need to speak to someone due to an important inquiry you are directed to use Bethany (AI) and if you or out to talk to a real person, you’re on hold for 30 minutes + (you’re lucky if you get a hold of somebody). More often than not, I have to just put in a random extension to get a hold... read more
