Worst bank ever, the experience is horrible they will Make you wait for a long time and the manager is very incompetent at this location, they never answer the phone, manager will disappear faking a important call to not come and help you! If you can do not use this bank so many hidden information and fees.
I was there on Saturday. I was helped by a young lady named Kimberly. She was polite and super patient with me despite having two transactions. She also had smile all thought out the process. She was very effective, she even let me know that I would receive my new card in the same moment.
