Arrived at my schedule appt . Waited about 5 mins and was greeted by Elena who was extremely kind and helpful . She provided fantastic service with a smile . If only all CUTX employees was this customer friendly .

I have been banking with CUTX ever since I was old enough to open an account. They have been very helpful in helping me my banking needs. I have now opened 2 business accounts and a checking account for my daughter. Great branch. Great employees.
I had so many questions and Alex was ready and determined to get everything answered. Customer service was warm and welcoming. He most definitely made my day and motivated me to do better with my banking.
I went in today 8/13 during my lunch break, expecting a long line, but everything was quick and easy. I got my withdrawal, and a new card under 10 minutes. The teller, Ruth was great. I would have just gotten my $$, but she asked if I was interested in getting a new vehicle. I told her no, but I'm interested in maybe a used one and she suggested the Go Fair Auto program. So I guess I'll check it out soon.
