I really value this credit union. Over the years, we’ve financed several vehicles through them and secured a HELOC loan as well. I manage everything online—it’s fast, reliable, and convenient, so I rarely need to visit the branch. I’ve even referred friends and family for their HELOC services because I trust the experience will be just as smooth for them.
I have been sitting waiting to open a new account for 3 hours. I am person who tries to support the community but it is difficult if the businesses do not have the staff that it requires. It is sad that a community has to be held hostage due to location & travel.
