Worked with Member Specialist Mia Jones for an auto loan. Even though it was the end of the day, Mia was exceptional. She was kind, caring and took the time needed to work with me. Highly recommend CUTX in Desoto, TX.
Miss Mia Jones, was great! She was very helpful and informative.
One issue with CUTX is they have long hold times when calling. The bank is good, but the customer service support is very slow to pick up the phone
The receptionist Tanya helped me set an appointment. Very welcoming and helpful. So glad they have employees with outstanding customer service.
