At first, it was only 1 teller joyfully assisting several customers waiting in line and then appeared Beautiful Ms. Ruth smiling and quickly said next in line. I have been banking here for years but today I am done. I went in and requested 2 overdraft fees be removed because when I woke up this morning my posted transactions had been rearranged overdrafting my account 3X instead of just 1x for a transaction that went through. I have the app and check posted transactions as well as current and available balance before using my debit card.
