The customer service person was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My loan was processed promptly, except I got there at a rush time and had to wait over 30 minutes.
This goes out to Ms. Tory and Mr. Bill in your customer service dept. They both were extremely helpful in guiding me in a financial dilemma. I thought that all was lost until I spoke with the 2 of them. They went above and beyond to help me. And ensured me that they had my back. Been a member for 25+, now I know why. All South is a great place to bank with. The new one on Parklane don't have a public bathroom for the customers.
