After living at Atlantico for the past 9 months, I’ve been very pleased. My top favorites are: Maintenance requests are competed within an hour or so; Landscaping is impeccable; Hurricane-proof windows make the apartment very quiet and peaceful; The pool and gym are top notch.

UPDATED REVIEW: I am confirming this was the best choice I could have made. It's been over 6 months since I've moved in and the two times I've had an issue; management takes care of it right away. They have a portal to put tickets for maintenance-related things, and their sense of urgency is conveniently spot on.
