The administration, leasing office and maintenance team all live here in the community. Big conflict of interest, they get away with things that nobody else would. For example leaving their dog to bark all day and all night making working from home and nightmare. The entrance gate has been broken for months, the electric car chargers also broken for months with no plans to fix them either. For $2,800 this place is guaranteed regret. I’d love to leave a review for Jose and Griselda. The respect, courtesy, and friendliness they showed me went above and beyond my expectations. There was a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved correctly the first time, but they promptly returned and not only fixed the problem, but also took care of a few minor repairs around my home and left everything spotless.
