I recently moved to Atlantico at Miramar and I love it so far! The place is very pretty, clean and nicely kept. The staff is amazing, the ladies at the office made the moving process very easy (Yolanda helped me every step of the way and was extremely nice and informative) Maintenance team has also been great (Griselda helped with any request I had as soon as I submitted it, she is awesome). We are very happy with our choice of moving here.
Stay away! hidden fees, loud neighbors, common areas are always dirty, there’s dog poop in the walk ways, the trash collection system is unsanitary, you see trashbags in the hallways every day, it stinks and is a health hazard. Powerlines in your backyard, oh and will tow your car for no reason (twice in 6 months so far for me). I see people moving out constantly, I cant wait for my lease to be over.
