We started going to Atlas Vet two years ago. Initially we were happy with the service and hoped that we had found our long term care provider. Unfortunately we soon learned that Atlas wont process even simple prescription refills without requiring costly repeat cultures and exams. When we tried to discuss this with the Vet we learned that it was impossible to actually speak with the Vet and could only pass messages back and forth via the front desk staff (who is wonderful but not able to discuss prescriptions or medical care... read more
As I was going to drop off my baby (dog ), Yeta was very rude and disrespectful. I needed the prescription for my pet who has kidney failure and she told me “she will make eye contact with me and if I do not respond she will walk back in the facility”. Making eye contact is not how you get anyone’s attention. This employee was very rude! I would not suggest any service to get done from her. I was baffle and when I called to speak to a manager about Yeta no one was available. Do they have a corporate number, or email!
RecommendedTop quality vet clinic. Excellent vets and great staff. Nice facility, efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Love Atlas - Their scheduling process is easier than many and Dr. White is an excellent vet, willing to go the extra mile to help pet parents!

Loved it ! All the people working are sooooo friendly!!! The docs respond u any question u may have with a lot of details! Super satisfied ! ❤️ my baby was very comfortable and first vaccine she has without crying ! Very impressive!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Dr. Rainey is fantastic. She is thorough, helpful, compassionate and takes time to explain things step by step. And she pets your doggie the entire time making them feel comfortable as well. Go see Dr. Rainey at Atlas Vet!
